Texas Gov Greg Abbott criticized President Barack Obama's plan to move ahead with possible executive actions on guns in a tweet in which he told the Commander-in-Chief to 'come & take' the state's guns.
Obama said in his weekly radio address that he is looking for ways to keep guns out of the hands of 'a dangerous few' without depending on Congress to pass a law on the fraught subject of gun control.
He plans to meet his attorney general, Loretta Lynch, on Monday to see what executive actions might be possible. Steps to strengthen background checks could come this week.
At a rally in Biloxi, Mississippi, tonight Donald Trump also pledged to undo any action Obama takes on gun control if he wins the next election.

“Progressives” know full well there are already copious laws against guns, racism, despoiling the environment, all their “causes.” They just make believe there aren’t so they can keep the agitation going.
They’ve been trying since Obama was inaugurated to turn the clock back to the ‘60s and ‘70s, as if nothing had happened in the interim. The “why” is obvious, the “grievance industry” had fallen on hard times, and all those in that line of work wanted their fat paydays back. Agitating and roiling up the country is the way they make their bucks.

I’m not glad the NFA was passed, and I’m not happy about the Hughes Amendment.
I said this for two reasons. First, overthrow the establishment RINOs and take back the Republican party. Secondly, Put a conservative that is America/American worker first in the White House.
The RINOs in the Senate/House could cause a shift in power from Republicans to Democrats because of their shenanigans. Then think of another democrat in the White House along with one or more chambers democrat once again.

For Congress and the Senate, no abstaining from voting and no voting “present.” Do away with the simple majority; the less they do, the better off the country is. A failure to vote say, three times would be contempt of their oath. Involuntarily removed from their seat, and thrown in jail.
What makes you think he'll leave office? Dictators hold on to the reigns of power until they die, either of old age (or disease), or are assassinated.

My understanding is that, in the terms used at the time of drafting and ratification, “arms” meant any weapon that a common foot soldier could carry into battle, whereas “ordinance” is a reference to heavy weaponry, such as canon, which a common soldier could not carry into battle ...
Therefore, this would exclude any American citizen from, er-uh, “keeping and bearing” an Abrams Tank ... However, I see no problem with a 30 or 50 cal machine gun, bazooka, mortar, etc - since any of those could be carried by a common foot soldier ... Well, OK, the 50 cal would be a rather heavy piece of “arms” to carry around, unless you’re Rambo.

I’m with Governor Abbot 100%-f*** Obama, his boot lickers and the horse they rode in on. The liberal lunatics obviously don’t understand that when a Texas leader shows the Come and Get It flag, they are recalling/reminding us of a massacre that fired our ancestors up-it is about as serious as it gets. We have an awful lot of military-and bases-here, and most of our ancestors who came here were rebels from some other country-as far as I can see, that hasn’t changed...
