Republican House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) 56% has released his New Year’s resolutions for 2016, which include advancing a conservative agenda and building on the success that he claims he has had since he was elected Speaker in October.
Ryan claims that in 2016 he will promote:
1. Conservative Agenda
2. Unity
3. Decentralized Power
4. Transparency and Regular Order
5. Culture Change
6. Next-Generation Platform
7. Building on Progress
But, in his first two months as Speaker—and his history before that—Ryan has veered away from every single one of these. That suggests it’s highly unlikely Ryan will ever, as Speaker—because of his record—actually do anything productive, despite his claims that he has and that he will. His $1.1 trillion, two-thousand-plus page long omnibus spending bill alone broke most of these promises.

I would like to see a President Trump demand he resign as Speaker of the House. However, Ryan has proven himself to be a worthless tool. I guess a President Trump would use him like a puppet.

On his website Boner always kept the words that were likely written at the time of the Contract with America. Sounded great, but his actions never measured up while being Speaker. Ryan follows in his footsteps.
Don't call Ryan a lib - as waistrals Dante confined them merely to the fourth circle, or the worst of them, panderers to the eighth circle of hell.
Dante reserved the ninth circle for Ryan and his kindred, those who committed treachery, Cain, brother of Abel, or Judas Iscariot.
And, I don't care what Ryan promises or doesn't promise for the New Year. I don't want to hear from him again. Fool us once shame on you...[not that we were actually fooled]. Every time he makes these kinds of grunts, he reminds us how badly he needs to be gone.
He forgot one: Take pressure off the Democrats by acting for them.

2. Unity - In other word suppression of dissent against the unified principles of GOPe.
3. Decentralized Power - Seriously - you pass the budget bill with nary a peep of protest and claim you want to decentralize power. We know you serve your paymasters who want centralized power.
4. Transparency and Regular Order - The budget man, the budget. The only transparency your kind have pushed is transparent borders. And, we have had enough of regular order. We need some irregular order, some folk standing up and bringing affairs to a standstill until we can sort out where we are headed.
5. Culture Change - Well, you are working on this one and once you get another 20 million Muslims in here you will have effected culture change.
6. Next-Generation Platform - Their only platform is going to be how to pay off the ridiculous debts you have run up on their account.
7. Building on Progress - More debt? More immigrants? More suppression of the common law in favor of sharia law? Even more suppression of the individual liberties of those who bear any physical resemblance to the founding fathers. Further growth in state favoritism to those whose behavior is off-normal under the name of what you call "equality."
None of it matters. You can wear sackcloth and ashes and preach the gospel and we don't want to hear you or see you. Ever. Ryan, J'accuse - you are a fraud.

It will be a conservative agenda but with no credibility or leverage since he already gave away the store. Hence a conservative agenda with no chance for implementation, and HE KNOWS THAT AND SO DOES THE GOP AND THAT’S WHY THEY FAIL!!!!!!!
