P. D. Q. Bach (1807-1742, LOL!) is the alter ego of composer Peter Schickele, who turned 82 this year. Peter has spent the past five decades performing concerts of PDQ's work, to include "Hansel and Gretel and Ted and Alice," an opera in one unnatural act. The key to this carol is where you place the comma.
This is wonderfully clever.
As we enjoy this time with family and friends, we should keep our military men and women - especially those deployed to foreign lands - in our thoughts and prayers. We owe them so much for the freedoms we enjoy, as we do our veterans who have served before. Many thanks to all of them!
