He supports TPA, has never wavered on that. He opposes TPP, which is an entirely different thing yet often gets improperly conflated with TPA. Especially by people with an agenda.
Similar issues with your other points. They're all half-truths or misdirections meant to attack the best conservative left in the race (and quite likely the best one to get into the race at all).

It doesn't come any more Conservative. Glad you have a Candide in the race, don't let your loyalty to one candidate lead you into making false accusations at the others.
And he (says he) believed Mitch McConnell when it isn’t ever rational to believe Mitch McConnell. Probably he used to be a highly principled man but he has become a regular politician. People change for the worst when they hit D.C.; I hope Trump can remain steadfast.
