UPDATE 9:00 PM ET: The Washington Post has officially yanked the cartoon down, un-publishing it late Tuesday evening after this Breitbart News story. After pulling the cartoon down, the post issued this statement from editor Fred Hiatt: "It's generally been the policy of our editorial section to leave children out of it. I failed to look at this cartoon before it was published. I understand why Ann thought an exception to the policy was warranted in this case, but I do not agree."

Isn’t this ditz’s cartoon a “hate crime”? Where the hell is the Southern Law Poverty Center?
Imagine the outrage if someone had caricatured Baraq Obama’s daughters as monkeys.

The @washingtonpost, which is the lobbyist (power) for not imposing taxes on #Amazon, today did a nasty cartoon attacking @tedcruz kids. Bad
The press goes ballistic over a word choice by Trump. How come no screaming over using the phrase "fair game" to describe small children. "Fair game" is quarry large enough to legally hunt and kill.
The cartoonist would have been driven completely out of the business. It’s doubly difficult for Cruz because he has to respond. I do not blame him for that. But now he has a second week of a distraction after he “surged” to a lead in IA. I repeat, he had to respond, but the timing is questionable and extremely damaging to him only because it is taking up news cycle time and attention instead of him personally and his issues.
I’m sure he didn’t intend to give the media the hi-sign to portray his daughters that way in cartoons.

The left is a cesspool of self-hatred and contradiction. They deserve no consideration whatsoever.
They willingly trash normal people, but go ballistic in hypocritical outrage over a circus clown or a Swiss store clerk who proposes to show the customer something less expensive.

How could any rational person ever believe that an exception to the policy could ever be warranted in any case? These are children we're talking about.

What he should have said, and what I would have said: “You filthy hypocrites! you don’t hesitate to trash my daughters by picturing them as monkeys, but you would go ballistic with false outrage if anyone did the same for 0bama’s daughters. You are nothing but phony frauds and a discredit to what was once a respectable profession: journalism.”
Well, liberals like this bimbo would just as soon kill inconvenient children anyway, so....
