To the contrary, I'm glad Trump said, "thousands."
By establishing that there was at least one muslim cheering, the best that Trump's opponents can argue is, "it wasn't thousands," and in trying to prove it was some lesser number, they look ridiculous, and keep the topic of cheering moslems on the front burner.

Hindsight is cheap and there were THOUSANDS on the TV they showed...might not have all been from Jersey.
