President Obama said in a radio interview airing on Monday that Donald J. Trump, a leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination, is exploiting the resentment and anxieties of working-class men to boost his campaign. Mr. Obama also argued that some of the scorn directed at him personally stems from the fact that he is the first African-American to hold the White House.
Demographic changes and economic stresses, including “flatlining†wages and incomes, have meant that “particularly blue-collar men have had a lot of trouble in this new economy, where they are no longer getting the same bargain that they got when they were going to a factory and able to support their families on a single paycheck,†Mr. Obama said in the interview with National Public Radi
The comments were Mr. Obama’s most pointed response to Mr. Trump since the Republican candidate suggested that Muslims be barred from entering the United States after the mass shooting in San Bernardino, Calif. The attack was carried out by a couple who apparently were radicalized Muslims, one of whom had entered the United States on a fiancée visa.

Kinda funny the Current Occupant seems concerned about anybody “exploiting” the fears of the working-class. That was always HIS area of expertise (insofar as the Current Occupant has expertise in ANYTHING).
The Donald is just way better at it than the Current Occupant ever was. The Donald goes to the low-information voters where they live, and face it, folks, the election is going to be won or lost depending on the number of low-information voters that can be attracted.
There are WAY more of them than there are of us, and if they can be persuaded to vote the right way, even if for all the wrong reasons, then you got a majority in any town.

All of which our “Fearless Leader” is instigating and implementing as fast as his boot lickers can manage. Demographic changes indeed! That would come under plunking down thousands of foreign invaders at various strategic voting blocks around the country and encouraging companies to replace Americans with foreign workers.
Obama really has faith in the American people. He’s really sure of the fact that they’re dumb enough to listen to this nonsense and believe it rather than their own eyes and ears.

Instead of getting defensive, I went the other way and said the following to him:
