More than 20 people are reported to have fallen victim to a major accident near the luxurious Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conflicting reports are coming from the scene, which has been cordoned off by police.
The crash took place on Las Vegas Boulevard in front of the Paris Hotel & Casino and Planet Hollywood, local NBC affiliate KSNV News 3 reported.

There’s a mosque/Islamic Center on the northwest-ish part of town, not too far from where I used to live in Vegas. I can’t remember the street name, but it’s in a mainly residential area, fairly far from the Strip. Not an area where tourists would be nearby.
Perp could be a local, but could also be someone from LA/SoCal area too. It’s only 4-5 hr drive from LA/SoCal. Straight shot on the I-15.
If true, I’m getting out ahead of the White House spin and calling it “Playplace” violence. It is, after all, Vegas, and can’t possibly be islamic terrorism.

Heard about the wrong way crash this morning. Took place north of San Diego, driver drove for 40 miles from the Mexican border(Driving the wrong way) before he crashed killing two people in another car

6 hour drive if you stop in Barstow to take a pee break(Yep that’s what we do when we go to Vegas, gotta make a pit stop) My brother in law can get to Vegas in 3 hours but he goes super early to make sure there is no heavy traffic. A lot of people from SoCal drive to Henderson to buy cars and drive them back here(To avoid state taxes) geez these Mosques are everywhere aren’t they..was surprised to find out there are many of them in the Inland Empire

I had two females in the cab with me and the driver was basically non-communicative the entire trip ( a short ride from the Rio back to Harrah’s).It was the quietest ride I think I’ve ever experienced in LV. Friggin infidels he was probably thinking to himself. I was thinking the same. Friggin infidels these !__! interlopers.
