I think a lot of people were fooled by Ryan. they thought it would be a stand up guy and would do the right thing.I know many of us were fooled. Plus he appeared not to want the job. it’s hard to hard to underestimate just how strong just how difficult leadership can be on House members and then again on Senate members
If you remember nobody wanted or would take the Speaker job. He is only doing what the Establishment wants.
