A state court in Massachusetts has ruled that a Catholic preparatory school violated the stateâs antidiscrimination law when it rescinded a job offer to a man because he was married to another man.
Matthew Barrett had accepted a job as Food Service Director at the Fontbonne Academy, a Catholic girls school. On his employment forms, he listed his husband as his emergency contact â a move that led the school to rescind the job offer.

I presume that this is a private religious school that doesn’t receive any bribes, err, government funding?
So now even private religious schools aren’t allowed to practice their religion? Oh brave new world.
Fontbonne is French for “nice typography,” innit?
STOP THE HYPOCRISY NOW!
Government regulation of marriage has been taken over by the Pink Swastika crowd. Bake the cake or they will send government to destroy your family business. They will grind you into the dust as far as they can like they did to the former CEO of Mozilla, Brendan Eich. This is homo-fascism in action.
If we have a separation of church and state, in order to protect godly marriage, we must separate marriage and state. It is time to get government out of the business of defining and regulating marriage.

Bump
Unexpected?
Yes, they can.
From the school webstie:
“The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph and the Sponsored Ministries, including Fontbonne Academy, are equal employment opportunity employers. Consistent with those religious exemptions provided in statutory and constitutional law, employment decisions are based on merit, job requirements and qualifications, and organization needs, and not on race, color, citizenship status, national origin, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, creed, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, political affiliation, or any other factor protected by law.”
If the claim “gender, sexual orientation...religion” are not considered in hiring, then they have hung themselves.
They also say:
“Founded upon a Catholic, Western intellectual and spiritual tradition, today Fontbonne welcomes students of all faiths as they prepare for life in a global community. For each student, the goal upon graduation is that she will have discovered the true reach of her abilities and be thoroughly prepared for higher learning, with foundational skills and knowledge to support high academic achievement in a college curriculum; she will have had spiritual experience and education that open her to the world heritage of humankind’s search for God; and she will have had a social experience and education in a diverse community that prepares her to live and work among peoples of many cultures.”

Hard to be diverse in student body and hiring, and then bar homosexuals.
The 1st Amendment is under assault...
Matthew Barrett had accepted a job as Food Service Director
And as Food Service Director he can hire halal cooks.
Massoftwoshits forces church to hire fags,,,
Massoftwoshits forces church to hire fags,,,
This is settled Law. The Supreme Court has ruled on this on several cases. The latest was the Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School v. EEOC.
The School should counter sue for Ten Million Dollars for specious tort.
If this is one of Francis’ patron institutions they are secretly pleased to have this order come down. Go SSPX!
BTW, why the hell isn’t Trump going after these fascist faggot enablers? Given instructions to the contrary by his handlers?
When does the right start using the same strategy. When does the right turn the 100,000 Syrian Muslims on the homofascists??
It is not enough that these faggots have forced their views on the public — no they have to go after the church. While they start with schools - make no mistake they are coming after churches next
“Private” or “religious” now mean nothing to the Homo-left. They think they are all powerful, even over the Constitution.
