I don’t see what’s so great about being a conservative. We have no leaders they are all traders. I’m all for Trump. Cruz can be his VP.

The Republican party destroyed itself by NOT supporting, nor doing the work that conservative voters elected them to do. Hence, the voters are dumping them for a chance to salvage this once great country before BOTH parties destroy it beyond hope of any recovery. The people didn’t abandoned the Republicans, it has been, and continues to be, the other way around.

May be easier said than done:

Earlier this week - Monmouth poll:

Cruz 14% + Rubio 10% + Carson 9% + Bush 3% + Kasich 3% + Christie 2% = 41%

Trump = 41%

==

Jeb has threatened that he might not support Trump. That implies he would likely support Hillary, as she may be the only other show in town by next November.

It wouldn't surprise many.

After all, several of those in his brother's admin likely voted for history and the first black president.

No surprise there, either.

2015 has been the “Year of the Protest”....well, for those of us who have jobs and can’t seem to find the time to riot/disrupt/shut down traffic, supporting Trump is the ULTIMATE protest....Again, if a genie were to let me decide who would be President it would be Cruz but the fact is Trump is doing more for the country as a candidate than anyone could as President.

This country NEEDS someone like Trump right now. I am not saying we need him forever.

Actually, every few generations all politicians and parties should be gutted.

Hardship and tragedy have been heaped upon this great country and its people by our government, all the while they (along with the media) lecture us, laugh at us, tell us to sacrifice more and offer no skin to the game because they DO NOT FEAR US.....They FEAR Trump because they KNOW when the genie is finally freed from the bottle, the system will be changed forever.....
The rallying cry for those who are supporting (not necessarily voting for) Trump should be: “Can you hear me now?”....

I'm a Cruz supporter, but Christine "It's My Party, Too" Todd-Whitman's aversion to Trump makes me like him more.

If Cruz and Trump switched places in the polls, Christie's article would be about stopping Cruz. The GOPe is getting scared. We've seen that the emperor is nekkid.

Not after that budget deal, sweetie.”

I can’t believe how much your response is dripping with hate and violence! This is why people hate politics!

Can’t you get along with anyone, and just do something for the American people...rather than throwing out your incendiary, hate-filled comments?

Good Lord the GOP has some pathetic fools. Many of whom I used to respect. It’s like all these fools have morphed into Arlen Spector.

Notice that her only point of reference is the Washington D.C. Crowd. The rest of the country is not relevant in her mind. We the fly over people need to take a strong look at draining that swamp.

Wow...I never realized my wife posts under the handle "ConservativeDude"...lmao

You ought to see the responses I get on my alumni forums when I criticize the president. I'm just full of hate, but you knew that.

Thanks for brightening my day!

We all know the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. How many times to we have to be screwed by the likes of Paul Ryan, etc. to learn our lesson?

More evidence, as if needed, that the GOPe is absolutely clueless.

Whitless is an embarrassment.

As for those who are worried about the “good name” of the GOP being tarnished by having a candidate like Trump, remember this: No matter WHO the eventual GOP candidate is, the Media (along with their Democrat masters) will paint them as insane racists....why not go with a guy who has the grapefruits to call them on their BS?
