Yet not once did the Republican presidential candidates address the issue of gun control in Tuesday's GOP debate, a debate focused on keeping Americans safe. Not once did they address the fact that here in the United States we have more mass shootings than days of the year.

Earth to assclown. Terrorism and lawful ownership of firearms are NOT the same thing. So, Mr. 'just a guy covering the 2016 elections', back to sleep for you. Just because you have your panties in a bunch doesn't mean the rest of us do. I did notice something else during the Q&A on cnn last night. They kept mentioning that Americans are "living in fear" after these attacks. HUH? I checked my fearmometer this morning and it remains near the bottom of the scale. Alert, yes. Fear, not so much.

If you have effective terrorist control, that’s all the gun control you need.

Not to mention the bozo in question is using the bogus mass shooting statistic which has been debunked.

The ONE thing that states can do is to allow (if currently outlawed) and/or expand the availability of CCW licenses.

Gun control is a dead issue.

Why would they debate a dead issue?

And ever since Obastard has been in office, we do not have terrorist control. We have the opposite, we have a president who in intentionally putting American lives at risk by allowing unvetted Muslims to invade our country.

All in gun free zones. Maybe concealed carry would be a better idea. "Gun free" isn't working out so well.
Someone should mention that.

Gun control is a strawman argument not worth the time of serious people.

No need to discuss gun control, unless the government will finally start enforcing the laws that are ON THE BOOKS NOW!!! And many of those are totally unnecessary. Not until after Obama and his thugs are gone, of course.

"They kept mentioning that Americans are "living in fear" after these attacks."

LOL. Yup...and those "living in fear" are snapping up firearms at a phenomenal pace. The whole "schtick" of the left's gun control "fear" is a complete invention of the liberal media, not anything in the real world.

The whole "assault weapon" meme is ridiculous. An "assault weapon" is the LAST thing a thinking terrorist would want to carry. There are easily available firearms FAR more deadly in a "kill as many as possible" scenario that "assault weapons".

“Mass Shootings” is the new phrase designed to shift the debate from individual responsibility to placing limits on Second Amendment rights.

“Mass Shootings” is a new term ginned up in the last 18 months to mean any event where some sort of shooting takes place where more than three people are involved.

The numbers on “mass shootings” are from disarmist web sites that include “shootings” where no one is wounded, events involving BB guns, self defense situations, and others. It is a term designed for propaganda purposes.

Just parroting Hillary’s hilarious talking points this week. Only a mental midget thinks gun control has anything to do with terrorism. Does a person who painstakingly plans the murder of dozens or hundreds of innocent people give a rat’s ass about obtaining a gun legally. It’ utterly preposterous. I have seen people sharing her ‘attack’ on Facebook and those individuals are permanently branded stupid for as long as I know them.
