U.S. has mapped ISIS hiding spots, but won’t launch strikes for fear of civilian deaths
Washington Times ^

In a secret project tied to the overall U.S. campaign against the Islamic State, intelligence officials have spent months mapping out known physical locations of media safe houses where the extremist group’s operatives are compiling, editing and curating raw video and print materials into finished digital propaganda products for dissemination across the Internet.

Most of the locations are embedded in heavily residential areas in Syria, Iraq and Libya and are not being targeted by U.S. airstrikes because of Obama administration concerns about civilian casualties, according to sources who spoke to The Washington Times only on the condition of anonymity.

There doesnt seem to be much concern for civilian deaths in San Bernadino or elsewhere in this country or anywhere else.

So is this really a war or not?

In a real war there is collateral damage. Civilian death is regrettable but happens in war.

We are not fighting this as a real war. We have not declared war. We are just taking some actions around the edges.

The muslims will continue to use our own self imposed ROE against us...

Until we have leader that makes it not worth their while...

Actually, the administration encourages it.

We probably don’t even have accurate maps of ISIS “hiding spots.” Besides, why do they need to hide? The pansy in the White House won’t attack them even if they are in the open.

Did you know Al Baghdadi has a Phd in Islamic Studies?

But I guess he knows less about Islam than Obama, since that’s not the ‘real Islam’ we’re seeing in the Islamic State.

The BBC is no referring to it as the ‘so-called Islamic State.’

“So is this really a war or not?”

Yes it is. The target for the NWO is Assad. ISIS is their proxy.

Brings back memories of LBJ and his worthless SOD, McNamara, being used by our outhouse Jihadists, who are more concerned about their Isis buddies than killing them.

Bump for your sig, although I would add a genocidal jihad.

Any Ba’athist/secular in practice government in the ME and North Africa is a target. The question why should be contemplated everyday by our electorate/representatives.

If we had adopted this strategy in WWII we’d all be speaking German or Japanese.

“.... Western focus on winning “hearts and minds” in part by trying to avoid so-called collateral damage.”

Give me a break. This is the Middle East. One cannot win hearts and minds in a land populated by a hateful insular cult of the heartless and mindless.

We don't need Vlad. We have a climate deal. That will show ISIS who is the boss.

I wonder what that tranny nanny did to Obama when he was a little boy? Zero certainly exhibits the queer gene.

What the hell those civilians are MUSLIMS everyone killed is one less we will have coming after us. After all the really only good Muslim is a dead Muslim. They have proven over 1400 years that the only thing they want is total domination of the world haven’t they? If they are all gone only then will the world be safe again.

There is a persistent street rumor that al Baghdadi is jewish, perhaps an Israeli agent. and that Israel has a stake in supporting IS

I certainly hope not but nothing surprises me anymore
