Mission Accomplished De Blasio. The homeless are back including on Fifth Avenue, perverts on the subway, and crime is up. At least no reports yet of squeegee men. If you are thinking of visiting NYC go no before more rot sets in or hopefully NYers will realize what is going on and elect a new mayor who will restore law and order.

It was really the voters. They didn’t like the law stepping into their business, so they elected somebody who would pull back law enforcement. They forgot that without the law, they are the weak and the prey for all the others that had been hiding because of the law.
Giuliani scared the hell out of the city and it took this long for it to go back.
