Greg Gutfeld on Trump criticisms of Cruz (Video)
First Gutfeld points out that what everyone else is ignoring is the attack by Trump on Cruz’s background, by saying not a lot of evangelicals come from Cuba. Gutfeld says Trump keeps stepping into race/ethnicity criticism and that he just needs to let that race stuff go. It doesn’t do anything but make everyone shudder.
In light of that, Gutfeld recommends more substantive ways for Trump to go after Cruz, saying Trump’s always been strong on security and he can go after Cruz on his opposition to the NSA bulk data collection.
But Cruz, he says, can go after Trump on ethanol, saying there’s nothing more anti-establishment and gutsy than for Cruz to go into Iowa and be against federal subsidies for ethanol. And as Gutfeld points out, if Trump or anyone else is for a federal subsidy for ethanol, then that’s about as establishment as it gets.
Is Trump big on global currency, global government, TPP, and its open borders & Amnesty, the union of the American continent, Climate Change, Global Greeners, etc., must I go on?
I think not.
...ping....
The FOX boys are in for Hillary, if they canât drag Jeb back to life, or canât find the Establishment candidate who is willing to play ball with the Amnesty, globalist TPP crowd, and can take out TRUMP.
Thatâs a tall order.
Cruz serves their purpose for all of that, at the moment, but, they will get around to taking him out too.
Well, sir, that about says it all.
Thanks, RitaOK.
Actually, talk to people who work at Fox. Half the actual workers are Democrats.
Awesome
I don’t care where you’re from, that’s funny.
LoL Gutfield a pimple on an ants ass.
It is far from “gutsy” or Gutfeld to hate on Trump on Fox News. Give me a break! Was I born yesterday?
I don't know if Gutfeld and Dana Perino are like twin sisters or lesbian lovers but either way neither one of them will support Cruz (I know Gutfeld is a male, not a man but a male).
Sorry you fell for the shtick.
I don’t see how criticizing the NSA’s collection of everyone’s communications metadata makes you soft on terrorism. It’s now abundantly clear that even if terrorists are posting their jihadist propaganda right on their Facebook pages, the idiots in Washington won’t see it. They couldn’t find a terrorist needle in that metadata haystack if their lives depended on it. But it does create a handy resource for politicized agencies that target citizens they don’t like for other reasons. Sorry, but if I don’t trust them with my personal information, it’s because they’ve given me so many reasons not to.
Gutfeld is so annoying. Unfunny and smug. And what a terrible show The Five is. The only one I liked got fired.
Donald Trump:
Says his radically pro-abort sister would make a great Supreme Court justice.
Supports the tyrannical Kelo decision.
Says Scalia is a racist.
Says Ted Cruz is a âmaniacâ (something like a âwacko birdâ, I guess.)
Has said that single payer âworks wellâ in Scotland (and other places.)
Says heâll let illegals back in the country.
Wants to cut deals.
Thatâs conservative???
Sour Kraut voted for Obama in 08 I think. He was horrified at feminine and sexy Sarah. So why not vote for the most wretched-looking and sounding woman on the planet?

“The Donald Trump presidential campaign of 2000 for the nomination of the Reform Party began when real estate magnate Donald Trump of New York announced the creation of a presidential exploratory committee on the October 7, 1999 edition of Larry King Live. Though Trump had never held elected office, he was well known for his frequent comments on public affairs and business exploits as head of The Trump Organization. He had previously considered a presidential run in 1988 as a Republican, but chose not to run. For 2000, Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura convinced Trump to seek the presidential nomination of the Reform Party, which was fracturing despite achieving ballot access and qualifying for matching funds as a result of the presidential campaign of industrialist Ross Perot, the party’s 1996 presidential nominee. Trump’s entrance into the Reform Party race coincided with that of paleoconservative commentator Pat Buchanan, whom Trump attacked throughout the campaign as a “Hitler-lover.”
“Trump focused his campaign on the issues of fair trade, eliminating the national debt, and achieving universal healthcare as outlined in the campaign companion piece The America We Deserve, released in January 2000. He named media proprietor Oprah Winfrey as his ideal running mate and said he would instantly marry his girlfriend Melania Knauss to make her First lady. Critics questioned the seriousness of Trump’s campaign and speculated that it was a tactic to strengthen his brand and sell books. Trump defended his candidacy as a serious endeavor and proclaimed that he had a chance to win the election. Though he never expanded the campaign beyond the exploratory phase, Trump made numerous media appearances as a candidate, traveled to campaign events in Florida, California, and Minnesota, and qualified for two presidential primaries. Veteran campaign strategist and longtime Trump aide Roger Stone was hired as director of the exploratory committee.
“Internal conflict caused Ventura to exit the Reform Party in February 2000, removing Trump’s most vocal proponent. Trump officially ended his campaign on the February 14, 2000 airing of The Today Show. Though he believed he could still win the Reform Party presidential nomination, he felt the party was too dysfunctional to support his campaign and enable a win in the general election. A poll matching Trump against likely Republican nominee George W. Bush and likely Democratic nominee Al Gore showed Trump with seven percent support. Despite his withdrawal, Trump won both primaries for which he qualified.”

âDonald Trump: âA long time, but, you know, you have some great, productive people that came. You have to give them a parth. You have 20 million, 30 million, nobody knows what it is. It used to be 11 million. Now, today, I hear itâs 11, but I donât think itâs 11. I actually heard you probably have 30 million. You have to give them a path, and you have to make it possible for them to succeed. You have to do that.â
Cruz should very nicely respond something like this:
I like Donald Trump. I wish every American businessman were as successful as Donald Trump. We agree on many issues, disagree on a few. I am not going to attack him and get in a fight with him or any other Republican candidate.
But Donald criticizes me for being unable to make deals. Well, itâs just this kind of deal making that got us in trouble. We donât need deal-makers like McConnell, Boehner, and Ryan; we need someone with a proven record of standing up for the principles and values of the American people and the Constitution.
Bob Beckel?
Rupert gave money to Hillary’s Senate campaigns (as did Trump, BTW), and his newspaper actually endorsed her.
Well, he was a Mondale speechwriter.
