Surely, you jest, Obama. Loosening restrictions on foreigners buying guns while demanding gun control for citizens? Even this is below the level of stupid you normally operate at:
A little known change was made to gun control laws but nothing that would benefit American citizens.
In 2011, the Obama Administration decided to change a 1998 law that forced foreigners to prove they lived in the country for 90 days before purchasing a firearm.
For some reason, Obama feels that United States federal law shouldn’t have ‘different gun-control rules for noncitizens.’

The Obama administration has decided to eliminate a 1998 restriction on the sale of guns to foreigners, claiming federal law does not allow the government to have different gun-control rules for noncitizens.
In a letter to firearms dealers, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said it would no longer require sellers to obtain proof from foreign buyers that they have lived in the state for 90 days. The rule was originally instituted after a disturbed Palestinian, 69-year-old Ali Abu Kamal, admitted to the United States on a legal nonimmigrant visa, bought a 380-caliber Beretta semiautomatic handgun in Florida and, on the observation deck of the Empire State Building in New York City, shot to death one person and injured six others.
“The Department of Justice … has recently concluded that, as a matter of law, applying a more stringent State residency requirement for aliens legally present in the U.S. than for U.S. citizens is incompatible with the language of the [Gun Control Act],†the ATF letter reads.

Seems nothing is too good for non-citizens; Americans can go to Hades. This is ridiculous. Every day, a new slap in the face to citizens.

No income tax need be paid by them. No background checks. Many are released for common traffic offenses if they have no ID as they won’t be picked up. Free healthcare. Food stamps. Great country!
Congress is effectively no longer in the legislative loop. What laws they do pass over there are the ones Hussein sends over for them to pass. Otherwise he just passes and modifies laws as he sees fit. Things are so much smoother since we got rid of that rusty old Constitution.

Not according to the excerpt. Foreigners had to follow the same rules as citizens with the added restriction of being a resident for 90 days. The 90 day requirement was removed.
How do they prove where they live? What if they are in a house they don’t pay for (utilities, etc)?
Does this mean, as a US Citizen, I can go to a different state to purchase a gun (I live in Ca and would love to be able to go to Nevada)?
The only rights Muslims and illegals should have in this country is the right to be executed by the electric chair. They certainly should NOT be allowed to carry firearms, which they would use for robberies and terrorism.
The reason Obama can create his own rules and laws is that he has many minions in different departments that willingly go along with him and also help him by gaming the system and ignoring rule of law.
Arrest one or two of these minions, put them on trial, make an example of them and this crap will stop!!

Non-citizens have more rights than citizens these days.
