Bombshell: DHS Shut Down Investigation into San Bernardino Jihadists

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) deleted intel records relating to notorious jihadists linked to San Bernardino Islamic terrorists Sayed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, because they wanted to protect the "civil liberties" of members of the caliphate-supporting network.

My civil liberties and your civil liberties are being abridged in accordance with the blasphemy laws under Shariah (Islamic laws).

My organization is engaged in 15 different free speech lawsuits against various cities. Our free speech lawsuit against Boston is heading to the Supreme Court because even though truthful, our ads violate the laws of sharia ("do not criticize Islam"). We are being forced to adhere to sharia mores, but jihad murderers are given sanctuary and protection -- to slaughter Americans. The immoral of the story is -- jihad terror works.

"Homeland Security Shut Down Investigation Into Farook And Malik Linked Islamist Group To Protect 'Civil Liberties' Of Potential Terrorists," by Liam Deacon, Breitbart, December 11, 2015 The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been accused of deleting intelligence records relating to dangerous Islamists linked to terrorists Sayed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, because they wanted to protect the "civil liberties" of members of the caliphate-supporting network.

Phil Haney, a U.S. Customs and Border Patrol analyst, says he was ordered to stop investigating Deobandi Islamist groups and his work on them was erased. He even says he was subjected to a disciplinary when he attempted to blow the whistle. If he'd been allowed to continue his investigation, he claims Malik's visa application would have been flagged for greater scrutiny.

He explained: "The administration was more concerned about the civil rights and liberties of foreign Islamic groups with terrorist ties than the safety and security of Americans".

Analyst Phil Haney told Fox News that he once worked as a researcher looking into potential terrorists in the Passenger Analysis Units at the Department of Homeland Security in Atlanta, as well as at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's National Targeting Center.

Mr. Haney says that he had been identifying and tracking members of the al-Huda and Tablighi Jamaat groups, offshoots of the radical Deobandi school of Islam, which was founded in British colonial India specifically to oppose western culture. Tablighi Jamaat is a Deobandi revivalist movement whose mandate is, according to its leading advocate Ebrahim Rangooni, to save the Muslim world "from the culture and civilisation of the Jews and the Christians..." To this end, he has suggested cultivating "such hatred for their ways as human beings have to urine and excrement."

Tablighi Jamaat have been linked to 80 per cent of all recent terrorist related crimes in France. Mr. Haney's work tracking the radical movement was considered so important that he says he was given an agency award for identifying potential terrorists, and he was asked to become part of the National Targeting Center, which works to connect the dots and build a bigger picture of terrorist activity.

However, after more than six months tracking the Deobandis, Homeland Security unexpectedly halted his investigation on the request of the State Department's Office of Civil Rights, Haney alleges. According to Mr. Haney, the agencies argued that since the radical Islamist groups are not specially designated as terrorist organizations, tracking individuals related to them was a violation of the their "civil liberties."

After his work was shut down he says he met with the DHS Inspector General several Members of Congress in 2013. The DHS and the Justice Department subjected him to an investigation, which showed no wrongdoing on his part, Mr. Haney claims. However, in September 2014 they sequestered him and revoked his access to the database and his security clearance.

They need a crisis, they did this purposely. All they had to do is look the other way

Americans will only revolt when they’re reduced to penniless!

Once America goes bankrupt , which is inevitable, at around 22 or 23 trillion, the 50% who are on the dole will take to the streets, when the checks stops,, and bye bye socialist ‘republic’.

I agree with every word.

When that time comes, we need to hold people like Obama accountable. He is responsible for so much of that debt.

When Obama got in office, he could have tightened the belt and taken us in the other direction. We would be much stronger as a nation now if he had done so. Instead, it is only a matter of time.

Some will want to chalk this up to PC, but it is NOT.

This is Protect Islam, no matter what you have to do, and no matter what lies to have to tell.

True.

This sounds eerilly similar to the “firewall” the Clinton’s had Jamie Gorelick put in between domestic and foreign investigations. The firewall that was a direct contributor to the 9-11 terrorists not being identified as threats until after they’d crashed four planes and killed 3000 people.

The point (to me) is that DHS is another unnecessary and feckless department created to accomplish nothing. It does,’t provide security, it instead harrasses American citizens.

All we ever needed to do is call bullshiite on Islam, because that is the reality. Long term, there is no living in peace with them.

Wherever there is Islam, there is misery.

There is no radical Islam. Just regular Islam. Islam commands, some obey.

We could call one of the clubs, which would be gay, The Turban Cowboy, and the other, a topless bar, would be called You Mecca Me Hot.
When attempts were made at establishing the Ground Zero mosque (called the Cordoba Project, and it wasn't because Richardo Montelbahn sold the imams on the rrrich Corrrinthian Leather, any Mopar fans who remember the 70's know what I'm referring to)someone said he was going to buy the building next door and open a gay bar called Suspicious Packages.

I wonder if it got this bad before Joe McCarthy decided to start the hearings that still carry his name.

He even says he was subjected to a disciplinary when he attempted to blow the whistle.

And that is why Edward Snowden is a hero. Wimps like this get threatened by the powers-that-be and then keep their trap shut. Which one is helping the public and which one is covering their own ass?

If all Snowden did was go to his “superiors” “internally” the same thing would’ve happened that happened here, jack squat. The real whistleblowing is going to the public.
