SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. --
A Seminole County judge denied a bond request Thursday afternoon for a man accused of shooting at George Zimmerman.
During the hearing, Matthew Apperson's attorney argued his client should be granted bond, because Apperson has high blood pressure and back pain.
Apperson was arrested in May for an attempted second-degree murder charge. He's accused of shooting at Zimmerman as the two drove in separate vehicles along Lake Mary Boulevard.
In October, Apperson was found guilty in an unrelated public urination case, for which he served 60 days in jail.
"He was on bond for a very serious crime, and he committed another crime," a prosecutor said.
Apperson's attorney argued his client no longer lives next to the neighbor, whose doorstep he's accused of urinating on.
"We're asking the court to consider a bond based on the relocation, based on the fact that Mr. Apperson did have a bond before that incident," the attorney said.
But a judge ruled Apperson will remain jailed until the trial for the shooting charge, which is expected to begin next spring.
One thing of note is Apperson's wife claims her husband wouldn't be a danger to the neighbor whose door he urinated upon as she had leased a home for Apperson several miles away so. It was unclear from the way it was worded if the place she leased was only for Apperson to live in and the rest of the family was going to stay where they were.
He’s just doing what Obama, Sharpton, and Spike Lee told him to do.
Isn’t this the guy whose had two violent enouncters with zimmerman and he also pee’s on a neighbors porch? How about ordering a psych evaluation? Just saying...

This Apperson man is troubled. His demeanor reflects this; if you find pictures of him, it’s obvious something is off about him. What I don’t understand is how this kind of person has a wife who stands by him and defends him. Does she not see in the privacy of their home that her husband is “tetched?” What kind of person marries someone like this?
There are lots of these folks around. Most of their actions are petty and easy to dismiss and avoid, but this guy shot a gun out of his car window at someone.
I just don’t get it.
This guy needs several holes or incisions to vent his high blood pressure.
So? What's that got to do with anything?
It was funny the liberal scum on Facebook that thought Zimmerman was the shooter in this instance. Then when it came out he wasn’t, they then said the shooting at Zimmerman was justified. Their heads must be exploding now it has been proven their hero is just a low class piece of trash that acts like an animal that can’t be potty trained (time and time again).
Zimmerman has proven he is not great role model but compared to this clown...
Wow! It looks like the punctuation is fixed?
No, Jack, the punctuation is not fixed. I tediously went through the article and replaced the quotes and apostrophies. This is not just happening on this website either. I’ve seen it on many others. The internet is broken. ; - )
The entire family is nuts.
Liberals never admit they are wrong.
“...Apperson was found guilty in an unrelated public urination case, for which he served 60 days in jail.”
I don’t like the guy, but...Wow! Many years ago I think I paid a fine of about $50 for the same. I wonder if he actually peed ON the Judge!
“...because Apperson has high blood pressure and back pain”
Didn’t stop him from shooting Zimmerman, now did it?
“During the hearing, Matthew Apperson’s attorney argued his client should be granted bond, because Apperson has high blood pressure and back pain

I assume this is a joke.
.
If Dear Leader had a son, he’d look like Matthew Apperson
No way he should be on the streets until hypnosis undoes the hate.
Maybe his problems weren’t obvious until after she married him.
Maybe she’s devoutly religious and doesn’t believe in divorce. “In sickness as in health” means mental as well as physical sickness.
I’ve known wonderful Christian women married to absolute wackos.
Their faith is what keeps them from divorcing—or killing— their husbands.
During the hearing, Matthew Apperson's attorney argued his client should be granted bond, because Apperson has high blood pressure and back pain. You know what's good for chronic back pain and high blood pressure? Lethal injection. When this attack on Zimmerman occurred, was there any outcry from the media jackholes who ranted about "stand your ground" and gun-related 'crime' back when Zimmerman killed his assailant in a clear case of self-defense? No? No surprise there.
We should call it what it was.
This was an attempted assassination of George Zimmerman.
