If you do not wish to be viewed with suspicion that you might attack innocent people without warning, don't join a religion whose members often do so.
Moveover, being blown up, stabbed, mowed down with gunfire, or having to jump from a sky scraper to avoid being burned alive, might be slightly more of an imposition than being asked if one is carrying a bomb. Given the choice, I would certainly take the latter alternative.

Maybe she ‘invented’ a clock and bought it to school for show and tell...

I can’t believe how many times back in the 50’s and early 60’s I was asked by teachers during World Series time whether that bulge in my sweater was a transistor radio. Talk about profiling.

Whatâs the big deal? Sounds like a perfectly reasonable question. The San Bernardino shooters' neighbor just declined to call police when she noticed something strange. and now, this.
Kid could have had a bomb in backpack. It is a muslim thing.

Well, if this bothers Muslims, then they need to demand that other Muslims STOP teaching their kids to kill infidels and Jews, stop using them as human shields, stop sending them out as suicide bombers, etc.
