The professional apparatus of the Republican Party are signaling their intent to do exactly what we predicted they would do.
Trump will win the primary, and the GOPe will split the party to run an additional candidate in the general election.
It’s not Trump going third party – It’s the establishment GOP (GOPe) intending to go third party. They are planning a modified version of the Mississippi Strategy from 2014.

By what deadline does DT have to have his name on the ballot for a 3rd party run? Anybody know this?
If they do that I hope Trump calls for a rebellion against the status quo. Not against the government, mind you. I believe he could get millions and millions in the streets. Then we’d find out on which side the military and the local cops are on.
The root of the strategery is to deny Trump a clear majority of the Electoral College and throw this election to the House of Representatives.
In that scenario they will surely install Jeb Bush, Mitt Romney, or some other RINO tripe as POTUS...no matter how far back in 3rd. place they finish.
If that happens the time for open insurrection will have arrived.

btw, that’s not what they did in Mississippi. They won with Democrat votes and a ton of fraud, Dems not qualified to vote in the runoff.

You are right about Mississippi. This sundance person has no credibility with me. He actually lost if before I found out he hates Cruz.
This frightens me. It's their best strategy and if they do it, they will surely lose and I think they're okay with that. They want status quo in Washington. And I hope so much that there will be a rebellion, we need one.
This could be why Jeb is so confident in saying "Trump will NOT be the nominee".
It is never easy or simple to bust up a serious criminal enterprise like the Mafia, MS-13, the DNC or the GOP.
But it will become any easier - the longer they are around the harder it is to bring them to justice.
When did every Trump story become Breaking News?
If Trump wins the nomination, then it does not make any sense for RINOs to run a third party candidate because Liberals, Democrats and Independents will NOT vote for a RINO. The RINO candidate will finish dead last and not even receive 1 percent of the total vote.
