Kurt Russell: ‘Absolutely Insane’ to Think Gun Control Will Change Terrorists

In recent interview with Jeffrey Wells, acting legend Kurt Russell responded to questions on the San Bernardino attacks by saying it’s “absolutely insane” to “think gun control will change terrorists’ point of view.”

This was preceded by Russell explaining that he doesn’t “understand concepts of conversation about gun culture” because “we’ve lived with guns since, what, the 7th Century or something?”

But according to Hollywood Elsewhere, Wells continued to paw at Russell, combining the emphasis on terrorism with the suggestion that guns are something “disenfranchised white guys need” so they can “feel good about themselves.”In recent interview with Jeffrey Wells, acting legend Kurt Russell responded to questions on the San Bernardino attacks by saying it’s “absolutely insane” to “think gun control will change terrorists’ point of view.”

You tell 'em Wyatt.

I can't wait until every FReeper can bring out Curley Bill to give the Kenyan a big FReeping send off on 20 Jan 2017.

Kurt Russell has been known to have conservative/libertarian beliefs. I guess he and Goldie Hawn can get beyond their political differences.

For some reason I thought he was dead. Glad to see he is alive and making sense.

That’s probably why you don’t see him much anymore, unfortunately. (Because of his views.) Always loved him!

Russell is a man with testosterone and a natural desire to protect. Leftists are feminized men who do not have natural
urges to protect and preserve.

That may be a generalization but when I hear a liberal man speak, I pretty much know what he’s going to look and act like.

(By “feminized” I mean influenced by the anti-male belligerant feminist Leftist culture.)

In this world, the only effect on terrorists gun control can have is to make the terror strike easier and more simple for the terrorists. We haven’t yet had an armed citizen able to make an impact on a terror strike but then personal protection weapons have been forbidden in most of the strike locations except Israel where they have clearly saved lives.

I always got Russell confused with Patrick Swayze. Perhaps that’s who you’re thinking of. Swayze died in 2009.
