Interestingly, if one understands from the site, this would affect Dems too, and even wealthy Dem attorneys!
Dems and GOPers live in the same neighborhoods all over the country. One suspects that all the big Dems, including wealthy elites, might just want this one quashed.

Here's what this means:
Obama wants HUD and Fannie/Freddie to "enforce" "fair housing rules" and deny mortgage applications to (WHITE) people based on their race, and approve (BLACK) people based on their race.
They're trying to FORCE integration. If the Federal Government thinks there's too many WHITE people living in a neighborhood, HUD, Fannie/Freddie will REFUSE to loan money to, or buy the loans of those banks who wrote the loans of homes sold to WHITE people.
Fannie/Freddie will then be directed to REFUSE to purchase the loan from the bank. The bank that originates, approves the loan, and disburses funds to buy a home to a WHITE couple that the Federal Government did not want the home to be sold to because they wanted the bank to sell to a BLACK couple, will then be financially penalized as a result. After so many "penalties" (to be determined by the Fed's of course...) a Bank originating too many home mortgages to WHITE couples and not BLACK couples risks further penalties, up to and including being taken over by the Government.
Imma gonna tell you right now: this scum' bitch ain't leaving come January 2017. I think the country knows it, and that's why so many guns and ammo were sold on black friday.

They can only do so much even if they want to. Case in point: I bought a new gas can recently. It cost twice as much and was smaller than the one I bought five years ago. But it has a fantastically complicated and hard-to-use nozzle (REQUIRED BY THE EPA) that is absolutely certain to break. So, I paid more for something much worse than what it is replacing. Thanks, Obama!

This was actually illegal in Chicago at one time. Didn’t matter.
Block-Busting was baby steps. This is another level of evil.
Under Block-Busting, the NAACP would pay to move a black family into a (usually) white, working-class neighborhood, and the white-flight would happen automatically; turning a white neighborhood into a black ghetto within a decade.
This is more like Shaker Heights, Ohio, where they manipulate the home sales to maintain a certain percentage of black, white, etc.
The point here is that when combined with vote-fraud, the Dems can turn formerly-Republican-majority communities into Dem voting blocs. There are various other nefarious issues as well, but I'll let you use your imagination on that.
Every town needs to show a substantial census of minorities in all neighborhoods. So decide carefully what you say to the census takers.
