Newly released emails show that a senior Defense Department official offered the State Department “forces that could move to Benghazi†immediately during the deadly 2012 attack there on the American consulate.
Jeremy Bash, the former Pentagon chief of staff, offered to provide forces at 7:19 p.m. on the evening of the attack, "only hours after they had begun," according to Judicial Watch, which disclosed the email on Tuesday.
"We have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak," Bash wrote.
Portions of the email remain redacted by the Obama administration.
"The Obama administration redacted the details of the military forces available, oddly citing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption that allows the withholding of 'deliberative process' information," according to Judicial Watch.
The newly disclosed email contradicts testimony to Congress by Obama administration officials who cited the inability to immediately provide forces in response to the attack.

Only our PINO could have given that order. He and Erdogan had other “fish to fry,” and Amb. Stevenson was the first in the sacrificial hot pan.
Is Gowdy’s investigation about Benghazi all done? I read that no one was invited to testify who had firsthand knowledge of the orders to Step Down. If Gowdy was told to let it go, and he did, he really should do something else than be in Congress. (National security reasons! Yeah, right, like that matters any more.)

The well considered opinion of most intelligent observers is that the Libya - Turkey - Syria - Al Qaeda / Al Nusra / ISIS supply route was staffed by the 35 CIA guys in Benghazi, and was well known to RINO leadership.
Therefore, no effective questions were allowed to be asked.

That would be my opinion, too. So Gowdy was set up from the get-go. As soon as he realized he would not be allowed to call any of these witnesses, he decided to cut his losses and not make a stink. Does that about sum it up?
The Hillary Show was just that, to let her vindicate herself by proving to the world that she couldn’t have possibly done anything wrong - it was the “fog of war.” No hard questioned were asked. No contradictory testimony offered.
