It was just an attempted post-natal abortion, wasn’t it? So the charge would be practicing medicine without a license?

Maybe the kid will get adopted by a caring family and eventually become somebody.

WTF is wrong with people? All you gotta do is take the baby to a freaking hospital and drop it off.

Yes, I saw that.
I figured that that was a probability, when this story broke.

Washington, a resident of the Los Angeles suburb of Compton So this creep hails from good old Compton, where my aunt was born and raised. A "lovely" community, in the words of Barbara Bush who, along with George H. W. and George W. once called Compton home.

Generally you find in cases like this that the child was proxy for the father.
I call it the Medea Syndrome.

Fortunately, the baby had already been exposed to outside air, making it a person instead of a malignant tumor.

Two deputies went to the location and heard an infant's muffled cry, and they found the baby girl buried alive under pieces of asphalt and rubble in a crevice along a bicycle path, the Sheriff's Department statement said. The deputies pulled the baby out of the ground and paramedics took her to a hospital, where authorities said on Monday she remained under medical care in good condition.
Thank God!

More from Obama’s fundamentally transformed lawless state where the only thing that is going to be illegal is owning a gun.

I think the reasons people choose not to use the “safe havens” is a lack of closure; they prefer murder to spending the rest of their lives never knowing what happened to their child. Pagans...
