Well, if the buyer bought them intending to sell them to the shooters, that’s illegal as hell. No wonder he’s on the run. Only Eric Holder can do that.

To avoid detection. That would be my guess.

Or maybe they couldn’t buy them legally. Either way it implies deception and a very good likelihood that they were breaking the law.

FBI prevented from examining phone records of shooters.

After a 4 1/2 minute search, the FBI left and two dozen reporters moved in and started playing the reality show `Big Brother’.

You might buy guns from someone who already owned them and no longer wanted them. Did this guy buy them for Farook, or just sell his friend a couple of his guns?

By whom?

Same people that refused to allow that apartment to be dusted for fingerprints.

This is a coverup.

It could be there is a high level informant they are trying to protect.

Or it could be.......

Liberals believe that muslims who will use guns to murder innocent people will be stopped if they run into a law that makes the purchase or ownership of the gun illegal.

The fact there are already laws against murdering people doesn't get through to them.

Wait a second. Marquez family hasn’t heard from him since Wednesday afternoon? Huh?

I read the entire article looking for something saying he’d been found or they talked with him since. It says only that it’s not like him not to come home and that authorities want to talk to him.

Conclusion- this guy is missing.

“FBI prevented from examining phone records of shooters.”

Warrants?
NSA and an international terror investigation?
9/11 and the wall between CIA and FBO torn down?

This stinks to high heaven.

In California that’s 100% illegal. All transactions, private or not MUST go through a dealer, background check and waiting period. No exceptions out in prune picker land.

Somebody else has commented about this too .. and they suspected that it was because somebody the FBI knew .. may have been in the house .. and of course they did not want to have those fingerprints included.

However, that means that the “landlord” who let the people into the condo .. may have been that person. Certainly he would have a motive if he were that person. And, did he tell the FBI that before they went in .. just to keep them from taking fingerprints ..??

But, it was later broadcast that the FBI got what they wanted from the house; so they didn’t care that people were walking through it and trashing it. Some of the San Diego news people showed us that ammunition was left behind, and a lot of other harmful stuff. Why, I can only imagine. Of course, at the time of the raid, the FBI were not saying it was terrorism .. so maybe the evidence rules would have been different .. but for my money .. I can’t see a reason why the collection of evidence would be different if the crime were different.

So, an illegal alien in the U.S. sold guns to an icehole terrorist?

How old is that law? I was aware of that but I think it may be fairly recent.
