As of sometime yesterday, concealed handgun permit holders and off-duty police can no longer carry in state-agency buildings, under trespass laws.

They say there's no conservative like a liberal whose been mugged (or in this case, shot). I wonder if a terrorist incident at a VA government building would change opinions, or if they are set in stone no matter what.
