Several of Syed Farook's neighbors told ABC News they noticed "suspicious activity" at the home of the San Bernardino shooter, as well as his mother's home at another location. No reports were made, however, for fear of being accused of racial profiling.
One of Farook’s neighbors told ABC 7 Los Angeles that "he was friendly" and "good with children." Another seemed dumbfounded, saying he "just wouldn’t expect" Farook to commit a mass shooting.
Dane Adams mentioned a police presence at what looked like a "domestic violence dispute" a few months prior. Otherwise, he said, nothing happened in or around the house to indicate what happened on Wednesday.
At Farook's mother’s house, however, neighbor Aaron Elswick recalled another neighbor noticing "quite a few packages" arriving "within a short amount of time."
"They were actually doing a lot of work out in the garage," he said, adding that the neighbor "was kind of suspicious" and "wanted to report it" but "didn’t want to profile" Farook and his family.

Yep, pc has come full circle and now looks to be killing people.
As these Muslims become more and more radicalized their behavior often becomes more isolated and they are more easily agitated.
I know the Army threat assessment training says this in not a behavior that should trigger concern.
Wouldn't surprise me to learn that the training for civilian law enforcement isn't similar.

Seeing that this act of terror could have been averted if the neighbors of this Muslim had reported strange behavior at his home. I would like to report strange behavior at the address of a Muslim living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, WA. DC. like the guy has a helicopter at his demand day and night, and when he leaves his house he always seems to be surrounded by gun toting body guards, and on many occasions I have heard him criticize Christians and Jews while defending Muslims and even terrorist. I hope by bringing this to light I can help avert further jihad on American soil.
