Fact is this was an Islamic State attack.
Followed their calls to go and murder Americans.
They used Go-Pro cameras to capture the attacks to use for propaganda purposes to get more Muslims to do the same thing.
This is ISIS.
Can Go Pro Cameras instantly upload to the web?
If so - great. There may well be some footage. But if not - and if that footage is in US authorities’ hands then forget it.
They will send that down a rabbit hole ASAP.
