Following the news of the heinous attack on Inland Regional Services complex in San Bernardino, California, Fox News’s Geraldo Rivera tweeted that the “2nd Amendment is stupid†and asked Americans not to “rationalize†otherwise.

How about if Fox News uses the following as their rationale for firing him: He’s stupid AND he stinks.
Would that be ok Jerry? No? That’s not a good enough reason to fire you, but yet it’s a good enough reason to throw out one of the first 10 amendments to our Constitution?

EVERY amendment is important, by virtue of its presence in the Constitution.
Amendments can be THOUGHTFULLY criticized, but we need not start with the 2nd. The founders were not stupid men.
