Sounds like the people who refused to vote for Romney and got Obama elected. I stand guilty on that score.

We as conservatives have been victims of these same sorts of bleating pleas in the past to “elect the most electable” so as to stop the [ooga booga] worse Democrat from gaining office. The truth is they are the same, just with a different shelf life.

Hold your nose and vote for the most electable (in this case Hillary I guess). Glad to see it happen to the Democrats for a change. I know on this side, the RNC/GOPe has poisoned that well for me - never, ever again.

The big difference is that liberal voters are sheep who can easily be herded. Conservative voters are more like cats who must be led. Sheep will eat whatever they are fed. Cats, not so much.

If you didn’t vote for Romney, I don’t condemn you. He was a NOTHING. Just a more palatable and time-released version of Obama, frankly.

THIS time, I will not vote for anyone but a Cruz or a Trump or a combination of the two as a team. No one else. I’ll stay home first.

the 2000 election, when I was a 26-year-old, semi-politically-aware liberalish Gen-X voter.

15 years later and you’re 41 and still a dumb ass liberal.

It’s not the voters’ fault if they don’t like the candidate. The only person who has the ability to blow the election for (fill in the blank) is them.

It's one reason I talk up Sanders to my liberal friends. "Hillary? Tool of the establishment. She's a capitalist, too. Remember that money she made on the futures market? No, Bernie's your man, no doubt about it. He'll end income inequality in the country. Power to the people!"

Dumbasses fall for it every time like leaves in the autumn. I can see the attraction of a career in political consultancy if you have no soul and a very dark sense of humor.

Plan 1 of facing Jeb in the General has failed.
It is now Night of the Long Knives on Sanders from Team Clinton.
Team VJ will strike back.

In certain respects there isn’t a dime’s difference between the Parties. No matter which one you vote for you get more fascism, more taxes, more bureaucracy. I don’t listen to the rhetoric at all any more. I look at the results. People will do in the future exactly what they did in the past. Rubio will give us amnesty. JEB will give us common core on steroids. Hillary will give us out and out criminal acts. Sanders will serve up communism.

Hopefully Trump will fire large numbers of bureaucrats. I can’t wait. All govt offices’ budgets reduced by 75%. What a grand day that would be. Let those lazy porn surfers starve.

” 15 years later, does anyone want to argue that there was not a dime’s worth of difference between the potential Gore administration and the clusterf***ery that we got with Bush?”

Nonsense.

What is striking is how much this sounds like our own nihilists here.

They have have common cause, our coarse and profane prophets and fear and doom here, and the ultra left.

“They need not worry, the establishment GOP will for for Hillary.”

The GOPe would prefer Jeb but they will be OK if Hillary wins. No way will they support Trump or Cruz.

One more thing. This also supports what I have been saying is that there is no enthusiasm for Hillary. I bet a lot of people will stay home or in the Black community I can see Trump getting 10% of the Black vote.
