On which I did not post "eight" which was the basis of your question on this thread. Before this thread, I had not looked it up. Thanks to the poster I did, and got the number. Nobody had mentioned it, preferring to play fast and loose with the disparity between fact and an imprecise term such as "swarming." It wasn't even close to "thousands."

Cracks me up. It's apparent Trump is pranking the usual suspects - over & over. I see the pattern - he appears to make some off the cuff public remark, foes immediately take the bait and jump all over it, only to get the rug pulled out from under them after shooting off their mouths and staking a flawed position. Christie, Jebbie the Bush and the rest of the pack were trying to outdo themselves and got zonked. If those guys fall this easily to such pranks, how the hell would anybody expect them to handle someone like the Chicoms, Iran, the Norks or Putin? They're steadily disqualifying themselves, which I do believe is the point of the exercise.
