Hubby and I were serious Cain supporters. Donations, signs, t-shirts, bumper stickers...
It still makes me sad that he caved to the pressure, but I saw the writing on the wall the moment I found out that his wife wasn’t supportive. It really does take a team effort to do this.

That’s when I figured he probably was guilty. His wife’s lack of support in her interviews, derailed him. I think he should have admitted it and stayed in.
I also liked him a lot.
Marie, it not only takes a supreme effort, but a spouse willing to withstand a constant PC barrage against disgusting and very smelly LIES.
Herman was crucified by willing leftist (substitute your own word for lying promiscuous “women”) on the cross of the vilely racist “black sexual predator” myth.
Herman Cain was and is a super candidate. He just wasn’t willing to submit Mrs. Cain to the constant racist fecal matter being thrown at him.
I’d support him today !
Yep, I think that had alot to do with it. His wife was not into it at all.
His wife feared for his life, either assassination or the health impact from the stress.
