Former CIA director Michael Morell said last week that the White House has hampered the intelligence community's ability to attack oil fields and oil trucks controlled by ISIS. Morell said that, "we didn't go after oil wells, actually hitting oil wells that ISIS controls, because we didn't want to do environmental damage, and we didn't want to destroy that infrastructure." He went on to say that there was a pretentious feeling in the war room that bombing ISIS oil targets would indeed cause environmental damage.
On November 18th, Colonel Steve Warren said that striking oil trucks owned by ISIS may cause harm to the drivers who may be innocent.
So, this is a decision that we had to make. We have not struck these trucks before. We assessed that these trucks, while although they are being used for operations that support ISIL, the truck drivers, themselves, probably not members of ISIL; they're probably just civilians. So we had to figure out a way around that.

What you describe is called privatization - bringing the efficiencies of private enterprise to solve government problems. What you have outlined is how this crony capitalist system has rotted out the timbers of our democratic system. Like a decrepit old house, there is nothing to salvage. I hope Trump and Cruz get elected. At least they will attempt to change things. No guarantees, but at least they'll try. If they don't get to be the nominees or, God forbid, if Hillary somehow gets elected, I think real Americans will have to seriously consider watering the tree of liberty. I'm serious.

Total gun control and confiscation, more commie judges on the supreme court, more regulations, higher taxes, total common core indoctrination and worse for our kids, further degeneration and rot of the culture, more environmental crap and EPA regulations, lawsuits and arrests, anti-Christian communist atheism push, further destruction of our military, total 'give up' foreign policy, 'total diversity' training, 'evolution' of Obamacare into single payer full blown socialized medicine, abortion on demand on every street corner with partial birth abortion, total control of the MSM with no more talk radio, Internet censorship, expansion of IRS, further loss of privacy, more 'income redistribution' and equal pay, more racism and Just Us crap, more 'class struggle', legalization of street drugs and total open borders with amnesty and unlimited Muslim immigration.

Is that what We the People want? A further gradualism to a full blown communist dictatorship over the next 10-20 years? We have to halt this, and the sooner the better.

We have to think hard on this and make a decision. . We owe it to the founders, the pioneers, those that have fought and died for us and the generations unborn. We are truly at a crossroads. Yes, I'm sure Obama gave the orders not to disturb the environment as that is a bigger danger than terrorists cutting off heads. Obama is so tough, he will show them and gave a powerful, masterful, rebuke to the terrorists - by God, he is going to Paris to save the environment for our children! That'll show them!
