Florida Congressman Alan Grayson told radio host Alan Colmes Wednesday that if Ted Cruz is elected president, he “will file that beautiful lawsuit saying that he's unqualified for the job” according to the Constitution.
Cruz was born in Canada to a native-born American mother, making the presidential candidate a dual Canadian-American citizen. It was not until a 2013 Dallas Morning News article that Cruz acknowledged his Canadian citizenry publicly. In 2014, the senator renounced his Canadian citizenship altogether.
Lamenting the “appalling choices” Republicans have to choose among, Grayson told Colmes the Republican race “resolved itself into this weird reality show.”
“It's not ‘The Biggest Loser’ that they're choosing, it's ‘The Biggest Bigot,'” Grayson said challenging Colmes to show him one candidate “who represents the exception here.” “In a sense, I guess, Cruz is not technically that way — because technically he's not even an America,” Grayson added.
“His mother was born here, so I guess like [President Barack] Obama,” Colmes replied adding, “it's interesting to me that the people who had a problem with Obama's birth certificate don't have a problem with Ted Cruz, who literally was born in another country and renounced his Canadian citizenry.”
“The Constitution says natural born Americans,” Grayson said. “So now we're counting Canadians as natural born Americans? How does that work?”
“I'm waiting for the moment that he gets the nomination and then I will file that beautiful lawsuit saying that he's unqualified for the job because he's in eligible,” he continued. “Call me crazy but I think the President of America should be an American.”

Grayson is the perfect example of what liberalism does to one’s brain. Turns it into mush and makes you an absolute loon like him.
Better be prepared to DQ Barack too, and ALL his accomplishments, Mr. Grayson.
Oh yeah, that will be coming. Funny thing is we know Obungho is not American, but he hid all of that which could prove it.
The biggest proof though is his obvious hatred for Americans.

Maybe if you do sue, Cruz will subpoena all Obama's records during discovery to help establish precedent and standing.
Cruz needs to Obamasize all of his historical records, including his birth certificate. Maybe contact someone in Hawaii to construct a birth certificate for him.
Grayson seems to be a genetic misfire.His liberalism is just an outward manifestation of bigger problems.
If he’s a lawyer, he needs to go back to law school. The law is not on his side on this. Repeating it emphatically does not change the facts.

Learn the Constitution, Grayson. The fact that Cruz was born to an American mother means that he is a natural born citizen.
There are many children who were born overseas because their American parents (usually service members) lived outside of the US. Those children are just as American as their siblings who were born on US soil.
Well, it will be tossed due to no standing, because Cruz being the nominee does not injure him.
The answer to this is to ramp up the eligibility investigation against Obola.
It’ll be too late then.

He is an idiot but if he does file a lawsuit it will prove one thing.
That he has more guts and spine than all the republicans in Washington, DC who meekly did nothing when Barack Obama was elected even though they know he does not have the credentials to prove his constitutional qualifications to be president.
This is the reason that he is a shitty lawyer. He runs his mouth without referring to the one book in his library.
