Since last week, in the Reuters 5-day tracking poll, Republican frontrunner Donald Trump has gained two points and risen to 38%. This time last week the billionaire businessman earned 36% support. Despite the DC Media’s best efforts to take him out, Trump appears to be gaining support from a public that no longer trusts the DC Media, and for an endless supply of very good reasons.

Good post. Google Greece-Turkey population exchange. PC led to the eradication of Greeks from Instanbul once known as Constantinople.

I do believe the media and such, have finally been reduced to being irrelevant. Nothing they can bring up about Trump matters. His numbers just keep going up.

It has not only permeated the media, government and college campuses, but the HR departments of nearly every major company. Far too many HR department heads see themselves as commissars and thought police to enforce it.

Hear hear to the both of you. This is precisely zeroing in on the problem. Amazing that it has taken an unlikely candidate Trump to somehow bring this to the fore.
And you know what they are most scared of? I mean both the leftist scum *and* the (R)ino right?
They are scared to death that Political Correctness will be reversed so that being Pro-American and Pro-Constitution and Pro-Family and Pro-Morality will become Politically Correct, ( which is the way it was prior to the Alinsky era and really prior to their first real victory against the truth with Joe McCarthy that made Anti-Communism into being politically incorrect ). It has been a self-sustaining runaway fissioning reaction ever since the 1950's.
They are desperate now because the spectre of populism immune to their snarky attacks scares the sh!t out of them. 'Wait, what? You mean Edwin R. Murrow or Walter Cronkite cannot steer the sheeple and control the unwashed masses the way we want them! Crap!' It really was their only play. And it only worked as long as the object they focused on would immediately surrender and apologize, like practically every single (R)epublicrat in office in my lifetime.
I actually believe they have one other weapon that they use - blackmail. Some events down there are utterly inexplicable otherwise. John Roberts is a perfect example. Here's to hoping that a President Trump, should he get elected, possess the integrity to open the doors on all the dirty secrets in the District of Criminals. Every one that used blackmail and every one who was blackmailed should be identified. Leave it to the unwashed masses to exact payback and punishment to those that violated the Constitution in order to preserve their own hides.
