Jeb Bush said Wednesday he supports Turkey in the dispute that resulted in Russian warplane being shot down Tuesday near the border between Turkey and Syria.
"I believe Turkey, but it will be verified by all sorts of ways through technology. Turkey is a NATO ally they are an integral part if we're to be successful in the fight against ISIS and to change regimes, to take out Assad, it used to be our objective," Bush told CNN's Alisyn Camerota on "New Day." "If we're serious about that, Turkey needs to be an ally and we need to show support. I think President Obama was correct to say that every country has a right to self-defense."

Yes. Let's have the US and Russia go to war. I take NOTHING at face value from the media anymore. There are plans within plans going on since Obama took office.

How could anyone at this stage know what really happened between the Russians and Turks.
Wait awhile to form an opinion.
Turkey doesn't want to oust Assad for the same reason we do.
The Sunnis want the Shiite Iranian backed Alawite Assad out of there. -Tom

Gads, even NATO didn’t back Turkey. They said that if there was an incursion, it was just a few seconds and Turkey should have escorted the jet out - instead of shooting it down over SYRIAN territory.

Jeb....since you are OK with Turkey shooting down this plane to ‘defend’ itself, you would be fine if it had been a American one as well?

Someone is going to be eating crow. It will be interesting to see what the investigations reveal.
The conflicting stories over yesterday's dramatic downing of a Russian jet on the Syria-Turkish border continue to grow, and after the ongoing confusion whether the Russian pilot did or did not enter Turkish territory for a grand total of 17 seconds, moments ago Konstantin Murahtin, the co-pilot from the downed Russian jet who survived the ground fire by US-armed rebels unlike his pilot, and who was rescued by the Syrian army, said that contrary to official reports that Turkey had somehow warned the Russian jet "10 times" (in 17 seconds?) that it would fire, Turkey had in fact given no...

If there are any remaining nuclear weapons in TU, I suggest they be further secured, and moved out of the country.

He has no self-respect either. Most men would pull back and frown, not smile. And never has a president of the USA made a sweeping bow, like a French diplofag, to other heads of state.
