The “War on Terror” (WOT) became an historical fact when Hussein took office. It then became “Man-Caused Disaster”.
It isn’t even “Global” anymore..... it’s “localized dissatisfaction with white oppression”.

terrorism is a tactic. American soldiers shooting from trees instead of facing the enemy were terrorists using terrorist tactics, i’m sure the British thought.
It’s like having a war on tanks or a war on battle plans.
or a war on drugs or guns.
