Someone knows who it was.
Russian or Iranian. Let’s see.
All the same, very interesting.
So if the Turks haven’t lied, they didn’t shoot down a US or French plane. That leaves Russian, Iranian, or Syrian.
So what is the response? A Russian declared no fly zone over Syria and attacking any Turk planes that come in?
S300s and 400s blasting any Turkish planes that come into Syrian airspace attacking the Kurds?
These damned Turks are something else. They fly into Syrian airspace daily, but want to try to start a NATO war if someone crosses their fence.
Maybe we’ll know more tomorrow.
The one FACT, is that everybody flying over there is attacking Syrian rebels of one sort or another.
So Turkey shot down a good guy. Unless you support the Jihadis, that’s the only conclusion available.
Why are these ISIS supporting Turds in Nato still?
This sounds big but I have to take a shower.
The Iraqi AF also has operational SU-24 FrogFoot in use against ISIS.
Oh, nevermind, SU-25 is the Frogfoot. Wrong plane.
Were the warnings issued by same plane that shot it down? Was there a shoot-down order given before any attempt to escort away?

“These damned Turks are something else”
They ARE ISIS, and they are making a great deal of money from supporting it.

BREAKING: NATO calls for ‘extraordinary meeting’ after downing of Russian jet by Turkish military.
All joking aside, this is a step to war.
Letting the Turks into to NATO made some some sense back in the day, but they have been a very poor ally. Russia has a grudge against Turkey dating back to 1454, and more recently the early 1900’s when they killed a large number of there coreligionists.
For years I have been curious of when Russia would restart their long term goal of retaking Constantinople. It appears that the Turks may have just handed them the justification. Honestly, I don’t think they will make a move yet, but this puts huge pressure on the West. Not to mention escalates the risk of NATO getting involved (though the Turks haven’t been the closest allies in the past, and have been positioning to go after Greece.)
If youâd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

I’m trying to remember if a NATO member has ever shot down a Soviet/Russian warplane (while piloted & flying under Soviet/Russian command).
I believe this is unprecedented.
The Turkish parastate must be partitioned and given to ts rightful inhabitants. Turks? they can go to hell.
