A Polish prostitute on her way to ply her trade in Boston was plastered on booze and addled by Ambien when she tried to open an exit door on a trans-Atlantic British Airways flight, prosecutors said.
Kamila Dolniak, 32, was unable to make her $500 bail yesterday, her lawyer said, after she was arraigned in East Boston Municipal Court on a charge of interfering with an aircraft operation during the London-to-Boston flight Tuesday.
Prosecutor Emily Hamrock said Dolniak first drew attention of a flight attendant while attempting to smoke an e-cigarette. She then walked around the cabin aimlessly, saying she had lost her children, Hamrock said.
The odd behavior continued when Dolniak âplaced both hands on a door handle and attempted to open it,â Hamrock said.
A flight attendant then moved her to the rear galley and the pilot authorized flight staff to restrain her. It took two flight attendants to restrain Dolniak, with one attendant later telling cops she was âstrong for a small woman,â a state police report said. The flight attendant added, âHer strength seemed to come as if she was on something.â
Dolniak eventually told a flight attendant she had two drinks and sleeping pills. One of the drinks was a stolen mini-liquor bottle nabbed from the drink cart, prosecutors said.
When questioned by a U.S. customs agent, Dolniak âadmitted that she was a prostitute and that was the reason why she was in Boston,â cops said. After the hearing yesterday, defense attorney Janet MacNab disputed her client is a prostitute.
In court yesterday, a distressed Dolniak looked bewildered while a Polish interpreter explained the proceedings to her. Judge John McDonald said if Dolniak posts bail she will be turned over to immigration agents.
Hamrock said it is likely sheâll be deported.
MacNab said Dolniak remembers âabsolutely nothingâ of her actions on the flight and blamed the behavior on Ambien, a medication to treat sleeping problems.
âThis is not air rage,â MacNab said. âThis was a case where this young lady was absolutely out of it due to her legal prescription.â
MacNab said Ambien is ânotoriousâ for causing people to act in ways they normally wouldnât.
Boston doesn’t have its own prostitutes?
People don’t realize that the effects of alcohol and prescription medications are enhanced by the low pressure inside an aircraft cabin.........................
She just wanted to do the ‘jobs’ American won’t do!.............................
Sure they do. Unionized.
That’s why she’s being deported.
Is it common for airlines to allow people in this condition to fly?
Ambien will now make you become a prostitute?
“She then walked around the cabin aimlessly, saying she had lost her children”
Probably still traumatized and grieving over her multiple ‘miscarriages’.
kind of ironic that going to bed is her chosen profession and she needs sleeping pills.
She looks different from her promotional headshots without her makeup.
Those Slavic women they are just whacked out. A lot of them are very pretty so many follow them with their tongues hanging out and then are so surprised when they’re crazy
Most of them are serving in the legslature

Anyone seen Laz this morning?
Possibly seen on a bottle of Ambien:
"Side effects includes headaches, nausea, dry mouth, and occasional prostitution. If prostitution lasts longer than 4 hours, please see your healthcare professional."
I'd have to hit that because fish are people too.
They look like Bostonians.
nie winni?
Was she going to violate the terms of a tourist visa or is there an actual L1 or H1B for that kind of work?
