It's not just the islamos to be concerned about, of course - looking at the situation as it is right now, we're being put into a pincher, totalitarian leftists on one flank, totalitarian islamokazis on the other. As much as the left would like to go Pol Pot on their opposition, they don't have the skillsets to carry through with it and are cowards at the base level. But they wouldn't have any qualms about farming out the dirty work to the islamos. I don't think the left is importing islamos just for votes but to do the heavy lifting against their political enemies they don't have the numbers or guts to do themselves.
