Donald shoots from the hip, but Ted is a thoughtful and truly consistent conservative leader; and I trust him at the helm of this great country.
Bluster and braggadocio sound good, but they rarely ever really gets the job done. Trump says a lot of things but has no real practical plan to execute it....other than he wants to “make America great again”.
Plus, I’d rather have Ted Cruz in the White House interacting with our allies than a Donald Trump who you would have to be holding your breath constantly, hoping he didn’t “fire” them...or worse.
But getting rid of obama is the real goal. And anyone who might come along after him who would damage this beautiful country even worse. So I think we’re on the same page, just on different lines of said page. :)
Donald doesn't just shoot from the hip. He also employs Alpha Leader skills that he's honed to perfection over a lifetime of being in charge of organizations and projects that are easily the equal of situations most presidents encounter on the job.
Frankly, I don't know that we've seen a candidate as well qualified to assume the office of President in decades. Most of our presidents have risen through the political ranks, never having been truly tested in the real world.
Even those who've been governors, have functioned in a world that doesn't require the level of exacting certainty and skill that the world of high finance and business requires.
I appreciate Ted's actual skills and qualifications, but they don't hold a candle to Donald's, considering the job they both aspire to, which is primarily concerned with being in charge of a vast, gargantuan enterprise. I'm afraid Donald's got ten thousand times the experience that Ted does in this area. It's just a fact - and it makes him the more qualified candidate.
Ted's a brilliant man. I'd like to see him as U.S. Attorney General, or perhaps Supreme Court Justice. That's where his skill set lies - not in the executive arena.
