'Hezbollah weapons warehouses were the target of Wednesday's Israeli airstrikes in Syria'

Arab media reports airstrikes that were attributed to Israel damaged military outposts on the outskirts of Damascus airport.

The target of Israel's alleged airstrikes in Syria on Wednesday evening were Hezbollah weapons warehouses, Arab media affiliated with the opposition to Syrian Preisdent Basher Assad reported Thursday.

Pro-Assad operatives on Facebook said that the strikes, adjacent to Damascus airport, struck "military outposts near the airport, and there is a high probability that it was IDF warplanes that struck."

New portal 'Damascus Alan,' which is affiliated with the Assad regime, reported that heavy damage was caused to army outposts around the airport, all of which went up in flames. The site did not specify what damage was caused to the outposts, but they said that nobody was hurt.

Syrian opposition activist Ahmed Yabrudi said: "Israeli warplanes entered from south Lebanon, arrived at Qalamoun and flew above the international airport in Damascus where they struck nearby military outposts."

He added that "the Israeli planes remained in Syria's skies for a half hour, and there is no information about the outposts that were hit - except that they belonged to Hezbollah."

Little by little Damascus is being destroyed just like Isaiah said it would be .

(Isaiah 17:1) The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.

Whether one wants to believe it or not, Iran funnels weapons to Terrorists attacking Israel through Syria. This has probably happened for 30 years or more. It must have been quite a shipment for Israel to get involved.

I’m more than a little curious about this, although I won’t ask some of the questions I’m thinking. However, why are there Hezbollah weapons warehouses in Syria when the Syrian government needs those weapons.

“...Iran funnels weapons to Terrorists attacking Israel through Syria...”

Ah, yes. And we remember back to the invasion of Iraq, to take down Hussein. He was running the “midnight special” trains into Syria carrying “questionable weapons” to hide them when he knew the USA was coming. Syria has been a great safe haven for weaponry of the scumbags for quite some time.

Waiting to see what Irrael does about the arrival of S300 systems in Iran. They seem to have defeated the ones installed at Latakia.

Israel and Russia came to an early agreement ref Israel flying into Syria to bomb hezbollah and that they also share information and coordinate before a strike.

Try to keep up.

The S300s at Latakia weren’t in play. Russia and Israel have an agreement on how they avoid blue on blue activity.

Israel has enough sense to clear their attack with Putin, but I’ll bet they didn’t clear it with Obozo.

Oh, I know that - I just thought that the fact that the Israelis loitered for a while was pretty funny.

FYI, I read about Israeli-related news every day except Saturdays. I have a brother, a bunch of nieces and nephews and much extended family there, on top of being very pro-Israel and a news junkie.

I imagine it was done with Russia’s tacit approval.
