There may be valid reasons to boycott Starbucks but this isn’t one of them. Some reindeer on a cup versus a plain red cup is not controversial. Not as if Starbucks ever had a manger scene.
I find it valid because quite frankly I’m sick of the political correct nonsense.
Starbucks is doing this in order not to offend non-Christians. This is while Christians are being butchered in Syria by ISIS.
I’m done with Starbucks unless they change their position.
Actually I forgot I’ve been boycotting them since the CEO when on a rant against the 2nd Amendment.
That’s fine he does not want any guns in his stores. That’s his business, but I’m not going there. They must reverse these two positions first, before I step back into another Starbucks.
I’m sick of this Anti-American businesses.
Anyone but Starbucks. There are plenty of great coffee and coffee shops.
Starbucks got run over by a reindeer...
The cups are Starbuck’s business... if I don’t like them I shall not purchase their coffee. Another non-controversy (among many) seeking attention.
If I’m not mistaken, however, Starbucks supports abortion.
Then why does Starbucks even come out with the red cups, during this.....that’s right.....CHRISTMAS season??
To take advantage of, yet NOT acknowledge...Christmas, for those who celebrate Christmas.
Maybe they should have red cups all year long...to acknowledge their vile support of abortion.
It is a perfectly good reason, along with others. The problem is that “conservatives” always find ways not to do anything. Cut the cable?...”Well I need it for sports and the History Channel.” Take your children out of the child abuse centers known as “public schools? “Well...our schools are different”. There is always some stupid, damn excuse for not doing what could be done. Now our heroic conservatives can’t bring themselves to buy their overpriced coffee somewhere else.
Agree, the flap over the red cups is stupid and only gives progressives another reason to think ill of conservatives and/or Christians.
Other than that, I am sick of all the ‘outrage’ over EVERYTHING, by everyone.
