The change from a non-Christian decoration last year, and the year before, and the year before, etc. to a non-Christian decoration this year has not “angered religious conservatives.”

It got one internet troll to post a video about how angry Christians should be about the cup change and then the anti-Christian media jumped all over it saying how Christians were angry about it.

Yes, there were a few perpetually offended Christians who grasp at any hint of offensiveness to fuel their self-righteous day who fell for the trolling, but for the most part it was used as a strawman issue for anti-Christian groups and individuals to mock the sensitivity issues of Christians as a whole.

Trump got trolled. It happens to everyone on occasion. Just hope he realizes it and drops the subject.

Excellent summary and spot on.

Same here.

I heard that DD will put a Christmas wreath on theirs on the radio news report this morning.

Perhaps but I did not notice it until certainly this year?

I’m just sick of all the political correctness rubbish. Stick a fork in it!

Besides who they hell they think they are to say the command the English language and like Gods or a suicide Cult THEY determine what’s proper to say. They are violating us when they say I can’t say something. F*ck them!

Exactly, I am going to quote you if that is OK, as I have many liberal friends mocking Christians over this.

I think he made it more about himself and his reaction. He is ending the Starbucks’ lease in the Trump tower. Good enough!

Just because people have become used to the erosion of Christian values and the foundation this country was build on doesn’t make it right.

I don’t get mad, I get sad. If the free market is any thermostat for the general public’s views of Christmas, they might as well say something like “snowy santa day!” or some other pagan greeting. Christians need to boycott santa, the bunny, and especially holloween.

JOY TO THE WORLD!

[He’ll rule] the world with truth and grace
And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness
And wonders of His love

If Trump truly understood the conservative movement, he would know not to pick up on threads like this. Instead he’s just pandering to us based on assumptions or bad advice, waving a bible around like a prop and whatnot. How is he supposed to set priorities in governing the country that we would like when he barely knows how we think?

The line about Carson was funny though.
