The just-started enrollment period for ObamaCare exchange plans in 2016 is likely to yield one of two dismal outcomes. In the first, enrollment soars as people sign up in droves for the cheapest plan available to avoid the individual mandate tax penalty, whose minimum bite will spike from $325 to $695.
Although the law's strongest backers might celebrate this, it's not clear why: Millions of modest-income individuals who opt for bronze would get policies with deductibles as high as $6,850. Yet the Obama administration's own analysis reveals that among those still uninsured, 80% have less than $1,000 in savings.
Thus, landing in the hospital could torpedo the finances of many who buy bronze plans - exactly what ObamaCare was supposed to fix.
The second scenario, in which enrollment sees only modest growth, as the Department of Health and Human Services projects, is even bleaker.

I think people are falling into the trap that Obamacare was meant to help people.
It was a government power grab meant to pay off insurance companies and hospitals in urban areas. Even if the person’s finances are wreaked, they have limited the exposure of hospitals to non-paying patients.
This will be like crack to the hospitals that had to always make up the difference when someone couldn’t pay. Even when the bill is 100k now, the exposure is limited to 6.7k.
Thus, hospitals will be come dependent on these regulations and support Democrats to keep these laws in place.
When this scab of a law is pulled, it has to be completely removed or the hospitals will need a huge price hike to make up the difference because there are thousands of other mandates that took this money, like electronic records, additional staff, etc...
A $600 monthly fee, oops, I mean tax, and a $6,000 deductible.

I predict that many, many millions of young people will not only NOT bother to enroll in ObamaCare, they will also NOT pay the “tax” penalty. They simply will not do it. There reasoning will be that no was is going to put them in jail for refusing to pay the penalty, so they won’t. They have nothing to lose by simply ignoring ObamaCare altogether. And they will structure there income withholding so the IRS cannot take anything from them.

Wrong! Check your facts.In the final cloture vote exactly 60 Senators voted "aye"...58 Rats (including that temporary appointee *hack* that Scott Brown had already been *elected* to replace)...and two "Independents" (Holy Joe,CT and Comrade Bernie Sanders,VT).
And,in case you've forgotten,Scott Brown's entire campaign was "I'll vote against ObamaCare".
The Bronze plans are a sick joke.

Obamacare was about increasing Medicaid rolls and having everyone else pay for it with “fig leaf” health insurance policies.
No I didn't forget it. But I definitely thought one of the boobie twins voted cloture, but as old as I am I remember a lot of things that didn't happen. Scott was elected to stop Ocare and since he did' that likely explains his loss.
It's worse than that.As I suggested earlier Dirty Harry refused to seat Brown within a reasonable time span.Of course he did so intentionally because he knew that that hack appointed by Coupe Deval would do as he was told.So Brown cannot be "blamed" for its passage.
I know this because I'm in Massachusetts and the question "when will Brown take his seat?" was on the local news every day.
Well... Olympia Snowe did cast a cloture vote to help it advance and become law. And her fellow GOProgressives have been protecting it ever since.
She voted "no" on the final cloture vote,which is the only one that counts.Translation,no Senate Republican is even slightly responsible for this outrage.
