That does not matter - if they “think” or “feel” like a man or woman, that matters and that’s where California will send them. Note there are “363 men who say they are women in California’s prisons, and 22 women who say they are men”. Those women are going to find out the male prisoners will be all over them and use them like the women they are.
The 363 men will be in women’s prison and I have no doubt they will try to use those women, try to rape them as their sex organ is still there and functioning. Those women are criminals and may try to kill those men.
What a mess California is going to make by doing this.

If I was in prison, I’d lie to get to a women’s prison. The only guy in the candy store.
In a related story, 129,000 male prisoners in California have declared they now believe they are women.
At least we are in the end-game here.
Such insanity and illogicality simply can not last. It will end soon. I don’t know what comes after, maybe its worse, but such nonsense simply never has had staying power.
I kind of figure they’d last six months then be
begging to be returned.
It will be fun and games until they realize all the straight women already left for the mens prison.

As a child who watched a lot to TV i used to dream about living in California now you couldn’t pay me to even visit there.
Not in person, no... but I would still prefer to spend my 20 years with females than with a bunch of Obama's sons in the men's side.
Totally insane. The inmates are running the asylum. Western governments are in freefall. That’s what the Marxists have been aiming for all these many decades. Families and even the rest of the inmates have rights and should conduct protests of all legal sorts.
What a strange state. I am sure Governor Moonbean is thrilled.
In 20 years or so they might start looking good (enough).

CA minus San Diego and 20 miles inland needs to be handed over to Mexico , because the 20 miles from the coast inland sure does not represent this country.
