As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling†of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.
A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure†of classified information.
Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.

So? She has so much shiite on people, no one will do anything about it.
She really thought she was signing the contract for the Band for Chelsea’s wedding. Band was called NDA.
More likely an NDA for her yoga class.
The language of her NDA suggests it was Clinton’s responsibility to ascertain whether information shared through her private email server was, in fact, classified.
This was not a "suggestion". It's an absolute requirement, codified in law. As a holder of that level of clearance, one of her responsibilities is to recognize unmarked or mis-marked material, and report it.
This is all Kabuki theater. Clinton should be in jail, not running for President. In fact, I think one reason she is running for President is she knows she is "untouchable", because any prosecution would be considered "political".
Here is my theory ! Sometime in January, it comes out that Hillary faces a Grand Jury hearing presented by the Justice dept. and FBI of the evidence against her. She cuts a deal with the Administration to wave the Grand Jury and plead guilty to a Misdemeanor. The deal includes her withdrawal from the Presidential race. That prompts Vice president Biden to come to the rescue of the party with the full backing of Obama and Hillary. Biden comes in with a “Heavy Heart” and a “Sense of Duty” to save America and the Obama legacy. I could be wrong, but this is a very possible scenario. Any comments?

That should make Mills subject to prosecution... In a real DOJ she would be squeezed till she squeals or she should do time... “Remember Scooter!”
Hillary is so consumed by her political ambitions that she will never withdraw from the race. Deny, deny, deny....
Wouldn’t Biden run into problems with qualifying for particular ballots in certain states? i.e. Red States
It is my understanding that you have to be on the (Primary) ballot and then qualify according to that state’s laws (Primary) in order to be on the November ballot.
I thought we knew this back in the middle summer.
This one might bring her down..
Biden wont run in Primaries. He will gain the backing of all the Super Delegates and at the convention there will be a suspension of the rules and he will be nominated by acclamation after Sanders withdraws.

The thing about breaking a national security law is that you harm EVERYONE in the country.
If I hit you in the nose, I hurt you. If I take your money, I hurt you.
If I commit espionage by not properly safekeeping information or by selling it to our enemies, I make EVERYONE in the country vulnerable to attack.

Homosexuals
Environmentalists
Feminists
Americans of African descent
Americans of Mexican descent
College professors
College students
Journalists
Lawyers
Judges
Government employees
Union members
Everyone.
All these people that Hillary Clinton expects to vote for her.
She didn’t care about them. She knowingly and willfully committed espionage without the least concern for their lives, freedom and pocketbooks.
I have a similar nightmare, but instead of Biden, they put up Michelle. The Democrats love big drama.
