Would somebody please explain the Bill of Rights to Quentin Tarantino? The film director apparently thinks that Freedom of Speech is a one-way street: he gets to call cops "murderers," but they don't get to criticize him for it.
Appearing on MSNBC show this evening, asked by Chris Hayes if he was surprised by the "vitriol" of police reaction to his speech at a recent rally in New York at which he called police "murderers," Quentin whined: "I was under the impression I was an American and that I had First Amendment rights." Poor baby. Yeah, you do. So do the cops.

What's more "vitriolic" than referring to police officers as "murderers"? The First Amendment may protect free speech, but it doesn't protect one against the consequences of using poor judgement in exercising that right.
12 individuals , 2:am , approaching Tarantino’s Hollywood hills estate , from 12 different direction . A late night conversation , with the target on a water board . Surely he would love to exercise his 1st amendment rights
He looks like an old lady that forgot to put her teeth in.
This is what Hollywood and money does to your brain...in most cases. Let us see what happens when this fool needs serious police support....
where are they now ?.....
MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS allows me to boycott your crap.
I don’t like his brand of asshatiocy, either.
This asshat had lice and roids.
He’s still basically what he started out as: the guy behind the check-out counter at the video rental place.
How about assclowniest?
It’s always amazing to liberals that anybody could possibly disagree with anything they do or say. They go out of their way to provoke and agitate, but they can’t believe it when people respond adversely to their nonsense.
Who cares?
He rides around in a chauffeured douchemobile.
There is no protection from the consequences of what you say even remotely mentioned in the Constitution.
Therefore .... we do have Freedom of Speech in this country but we all must be prepared to pay the consequences for what we say Mr. Tarantino ......
This leftist Hollywood weirdo has every right to say what he wants. He just isn’t exempt from the fallout and backlash those words cause. Just ask the Dixie Chicks.
He's right on that.
Unfortunately for Tarantino WE (the rest of us - the 'little people) also have that right. And cops have that right, and all of us who hate him and hate Hollywood have that right.
Totalitarians like Tarantino don't like that... they hate that cops have the right to 'talk back' to rich liberal elites like Tarantino. They hate that Tea Party members can band together and 'talk back' to the elites. Whine on Tarantino - whine on.. T
natalie maynes (sp?) was such a typical hyber liberal little TX bit@h . They have a few and when they are bad they are really bad
notice how its these really ugly white men..Tarantino, Michael Moore etc...truth is, they wanna be black so bad, its weird. Alot of white people are fascinated by blacks. Thats mainly how this idiot in office now got elected. Theres a you tube video of Tarantino on some BET show...right after his slavery movie came out...its truly embarrassing. Its all very weird.
Good Lord, he’s an ugly little scamp, isn’t he?
No wonder ge’s so self loathing.
Kill yourself, you wart of a being. Just do it.
ge’s = he’s.
