The Ancient Greeks. "Lysistrata" was my first thought too.
Looking at the numbers of both the perps and victims in Chicago, the demo of the racial culture responsible for all the mayhem isn't going to take too kindly to taking a satiric cue from a Dead White Western Male to respect life, let alone a simple "No".
