it will mean that an American citizen overseas who is unlawfully targeted by the United States government for rendition, interrogation and detention with the help of a local government will have no form of redress in the courts.

But when a government becomes destructive of these ends it is the right of the people.....

Are there any arborists available who can assist me? I know there’s something that the tree of liberty needs to be refreshed with periodically, I just can’t quite remember what it is.

I don’t know the complete story, but there is something missing here. The one thing to remember is that the our house is full of bad people looking for ways to subvert this nation. I have serious doubts the FBI would knowingly be involved in in this sort of activity.

Well, then why doesn’t the FBI detain and incarcerate Hillary?

The FBI is investigating Hillary which will lead to Obama.

The New York Times is a Democrat accomplice.

I’m hoping that since Obama freed 6,000 drug dealers from prison, that there will now be enough prison space for all the thieving Democrat politicians and journalists.

Amir Mohamed Meshal, probably a supporter of muslim extremists, was detained, transported and imprisoned by foreign governments, and while detained by them, claims to have been questioned and threatened by FBI agents.

It is plausible that he was questioned by US agents of some sort, just as it’s plausible that the US encouraged Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia to take the actions they did. In the end, however, he was freed, came back to the US, and sued the US.

This is a “he said, she said” kind of story. The fact that he was a supporter of the terrorist government of Somalia makes this about as interesting as Obama ordering the killing of US citizens abroad for being ISIS supporters.

What should be the limits of actions the US can take against its own citizens who aid organizations that want to kill Americans?

IMHO, considering the conditions in the region, anyone from the US that decides to visit the Middle East is crazy, family or not.

I used to understand that communist regimes were evil, but the US was the good guy on the world stage.

That was then.

Now, Russia is saving Christians, bombing terrorists, etc...

And we torture our own, spy on the world, impose a US legal framework on other nations and so much more.

We are one more bad President away from totalitarianism
We are far too close to economic disaster - generational catastrophe.
We are exiting the world stage in every way in which we dominated.

Let’s establish that I’m neither sympathetic to the plaintiff’s cause, not the gov’ts motives or actions.

If I were the plaintiff I would employ a baseball bat to redress my grievances.

(as I wouldn’t want to give rise to further restrictions on the Constitution, by my actions)

Patrick Eddington , the author, is a member of Ray McGovern’s group VIPS - these are the folks who with Daniel Ellsberg, have unlawfully been encouraging government employees to expose classified information, [regardless of who gets killed as a result.]
Ray’s group is connected to the Lyndon LaRouche cult.
